I have been an athlete or involved in the fitness world for my entire life. I started with sports - Volleyball & Softball in high school and transitioned into exercise in college. At first, it was just a way to stay active - I had no real direction. I would do some random cardio or workout routine but had no goals other than moving my body. I didn’t start to get into weight lifting until my mid-twenties & I fell in love.
I am a mom of 2 beautiful girls (6 & 5 years old) & my appreciation for the body and all it is capable of really exploded once I had them. Along the way my passion for nutrition grew and developed into coaching and it is something that I think is so important on anyone’s health journey no matter what you are looking for. My goal is to help as many people learn & appreciate what their body can do for them! I have worked with all ages, men and women and all goals.
I have an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science & a masters degree in Nutrition Science.
I am a PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach & a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I have been a full-time nutrition & fitness coach for 5 years and a personal trainer for 10 years. I love what I do & I can’t wait to help YOU!
